Local farmers are inclined to invest in the repair and maintenance of existing agricultural machinery, rather than ordering a completely new or used one, according to the result of a survey that was implemented jointly by the www.aa-p.ru platform, Avito and Pole.ru. There is a clear trend towards an increase in the effective service life of equipment: farmers have begun to handle it more carefully, of course, the need for spare parts and advance maintenance is growing. According to the Avito.ru portal, this year the demand for spare parts has increased by an order of magnitude compared to the previous year, and the supply has increased by 87%. The top three cities with the greatest increase in demand for spare parts for agricultural machinery included settlements from regions with the most developed agricultural sector.

Based on the analytics collected from the Pole.ru portal, there is a six-fold increase in the interest of farmers in spare parts for agricultural machinery this year. Farmers now prefer an efficient and, in fact, reliable method of purchasing parts on websites. Here it becomes clear who is the supplier of spare parts, and full support is guaranteed, from the selection of components to the delivery of the purchase. At the same time, leasing of agricultural machinery is relevant, the demand for it is growing three to four times every year, especially taking into account state support.

Based on the information selected from the Avito.Ru portal, starting from 2025, more than 120000 applications for the sale of components for agricultural machinery in the Russian segment were available on this site. Of this volume, about 118000 offers concerned the sale of new parts. The most popular items in Russia this year were attachments, platforms, booths, bodies, as well as parts of hydraulic systems. The director of the thematic section for the sale of spare parts on the Avito.ru platform emphasizes that against the backdrop of the import substitution course, the agricultural sector is showing active growth and has identified a constant need for good components, machinery, specialists and equipment.

Previously, the reports of the Association Rosspetsmash.ru emphasized the decrease in the volume of tractor supplies in Russia this year. According to statistics from the Ministry of Agriculture, during 2024, Russian agricultural producers lowered the level of orders for key types of agricultural machinery. Some believe that this trend will continue to be in the future.
